Job Responsibilities:
The Specialist will Support the day to day operations of the HHI/Suspension programs offered to component School Districts. General duty areas include but are not limited to registration of students, assignment of instructors, related hiring, billing, payroll and tracking of services. The Specialist is the primary point of contact for component district staff concerning HHI.
- Coordinate referrals for HHI services
- Assign and monitor/track the delivery of HHI services
- Coordinate district participation and billing for HHI services
- Manage all appropriate and necessary documentation for payroll including time sheets and mileage forms from HHI instructors.
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring of HHI instructors with the Director
- Communicate with component school district staff regarding HHI services
- Assist with the monitoring of component district participation in Short-Term and Long-Term Suspension programs
- Assist with tracking and billing for Short-Term and Long-Term Suspension programs as assigned by the Director
- Work with the Director in addressing needs which may arise related to HHI / Suspension programs
- All other duties as assigned by the Director
